Welcome to Little Shanghai

Nearly 50 years ago, our family opened Shanghai with a few cherished recipes and the dream of sharing them with our community. We hoped that people would enjoy the food, but we never imagined how many friendships and memories would be made around these tables. We’ve watched kids grow up, leave for college, and come back years later with families of their own. We’ve seen couples on first dates now bring in their grandchildren. Somewhere along the way, many of you stopped feeling like customers and started feeling like extended family.

When our original restaurant was destroyed in a fire last year, it felt like losing a piece of our history. At the time, we weren’t sure if we could start over. Then people began calling, sending messages, and stopping us around town just to ask one question: "When are you reopening?" Knowing that so many people were behind us gave us the push we needed to keep going.

The food you'll find here is the same food we've always made. Our Shanghai Egg Rolls are still prepared from the same family recipe that made them a local favorite decades ago. And yes, General Tso's Chicken, Orange Chicken, Mongolian Beef, Salt & Pepper Shrimp, and the dishes you've been craving are all back on the menu.

Whether you've been coming here for years or this is your very first visit, thank you for giving us a chance to keep doing what we love. We truly wouldn't be here without this community, and we're so grateful to welcome you to our Little Shanghai.
